Autumn seasonal beers tend to be of three styles. Oktoberfestbier traditionally of Munich Germany.The new spicy amber ales known as Pumpkin Ales. And American style India Pale Ales using fresh hops which are put directly into the brew kettle without first being dried. All have a modest amount of alcohol ranging from 5% to 8% ABV.
