Each of the four seaons throughout the year brings a change and with that change come a differing take on beer. In the summer, lighter wheat beers are often drank. In the fall, a trend towards medium bodied beers full of flavor and spice in addition to the traditional oktoberfestbiers is the norm. In the winter, big robust heavy full bodied ales and stouts allow for warmth on a cold winters night. In the spring, lighter medium bodied beers span the gap between winter and summer.
